Developers CD Projekt Red have gone to extraordinary lengths to recover the reputation of Cyberpunk 2077, with the Phantom Liberty DLC offering its largest amount of additional content to date. One highly anticipated new feature is the inclusion of the all-new Relic Skill Tree. This new tree consists of three main paths for players to choose from: Jailbreak, Emergency Cloaking, and Vulnerability Analytics.

Within each category are a number of perks that players can use to create their own personalized character build, with more powerful combinations possible than ever before thanks to the new Relic Points system. In order to gain more Relic Points, players will need to seek out Data Terminals around Dogtown and download data from them.
11 Relic Points 1-3

V will automatically gain the first three Relic Points during the "Dog Eat Dog" quest which kicks off the Phantom Liberty quest line. Upon reaching the main entrance to Dogtown, V will have a seizure during which Songbird appears and explains that Johnny needs to be removed from V's chip temporarily so that she is able to give instructions.
Following this incident, the Relic Skill Tree will be unlocked, replacing all the player's prior stats and skills with the new, updated model. In addition to this, Songbird provides 3 Relic Points to be spent within this new system.
10 Relic Points 4-6

The next three points come much later in the main quest line during the mission "Birds With Broken Wings". Following on from the meeting with Alex and Reed in The Moth, players will be required to disguise themselves in order to enter the stadium, after which they must hack into some tracking stations.

At this point, Songbird will upgrade the Relic's firmware and provide the player with an additional 3 Relic Points.
9 Relic Point Location 7

The next Relic Point location, which can be visited at any time, is located just outside the Dogtown Apartment. The point is hidden away down an alley, but can easily be located by turning to the right of the Kress Street fast travel point.
Players will need to approach and interact with the data terminal in order to gain the Relic Point from it, after which they are free to spend it on whichever Relic skills they so choose.
8 Relic Point Location 8

The next Relic Point can be acquired from a restricted area data terminal located near the areas of Increased Criminal Activity. Much like the previous point, this one is located relatively close to V's apartment in Dogtown.

In this area, players will find two Barghest guards they can either take out or sneak past, both will become hostile if the player is detected trespassing within this restricted area. Fortunately, there are plenty of obstacles for players to use in order to obscure the guards' line of sight. Some players might not be able to breach through the door which the terminal is kept behind, in which case a small "Exit" can be accessed on the floor.
7 Relic Point Location 9

Another Data Terminal with an additional Relic Point can be found by climbing the Capitan Caliente building in the center of Dogtown. The abandoned restaurant is visited during the mission "Lucretia My Reflection" in Phantom Liberty's main story, so it should be a familiar location to players who have gotten that far.
To access the roof, it is best to climb on the adjacent bridge joining the top of the structure, after which players can make their way up the old concrete steps to find the Data Terminal at the top.
6 Relic Point Location 10

Another restricted Data Terminal can be found opposite the pyramid-shaped Heavy Hearts nightclub. Players will notice a green crane with a dilapidated structure behind it. Entering the building and heading upstairs will reveal the terminal.

The terminal can be found up against a wall near some graffiti depicting a skull. The easiest way up is to ascend the main bridge and follow it along, heading directly opposite from the Heavy Hearts front entrance.
5 Relic Point Location 11

One of the easier Relic Points to get is located in the Dogtown market which players will first pass through during the mission "Dog Eat Dog". From the Black Market weapons dealer, turn left and follow the stairs down past the automobile dealership.
Once past the dealership, the Data Terminal can be found at the top of the stairs at the far end of the room hidden behind some industrial crates.
4 Relic Point Location 12

The next Relic Point can be located in the Eastern part of Dogtown, just to the south of the stadium. The terminal is located within a gang hideout which players will need to clear, marked by three green skulls gathered together on the map.

The terminal is located near a stack of deck chairs in the corner of the room where the battle takes place and should be easy to spot from its bright light. It is also possible to obtain the Relic Point stealthily if no enemies are alerted.
3 Relic Point Location 13

One of the more discreet and missable Relic Points can be found in a tunnel beneath the large circular HFS building in Dogtown. This is near the location where players will first meet Reed in the mission "Lucretia My Reflection".
The Data Terminal is located behind a fence and may be guarded by Barghest thugs for some players. The fence can easily be vaulted over in order to access the Relic Point from the terminal.
2 Relic Point Location 14

In addition to an iconic melee weapon, a Relic Point can also be gained from the Data Terminal in the Southernmost area of Increased Criminal Activity. Beneath a large space shuttle monument is a broken-down mall with a "Massdrive" advertisement across the frontal facade.
Inside this building, players will need to defeat several enemies before they are able to access the Data Terminal on the top floor via the escalators.
